There is limited parking available at the venue (for a fee) – we recommend arriving by public transport.
Will there be additional sessions/dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that additional dates will be available. You can find up-to-date availability information on the page with confirmed dates and times.
Does the experience include virtual reality?
Yes, the VR experience is free. The Metaverse experience is a paid experience.
These two experiences are accessible for all visitors aged 6 and above. Please note that the VR experience is not suitable for people with light-sensitive epilepsy.
Please note that all guests must follow the safety instructions given by the staff on site.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience; a casual look is fine.
Are merchandise items available for purchase on site?
Yes! You can buy merchandise in the local shop.
Is the VR experience also available in English?
The seated VR experience only has music. The metaverse (the free-roaming VR) is also available in English.
Does this event contain any strobe lights or similar?
Please note that strobe lights are used in the VR experience and are therefore not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Please note that all guests must follow the safety instructions of the staff on site.
TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may already be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
For this experience, appointment changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID, which is associated with your purchase. One of our team members will respond to your request as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps.

Do I have to arrive at the beginning of my booked time slot?
It is recommended to arrive within the time window specified on your ticket.

Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at the venue - not even service animals.

Yes, the event will take place in an accessible location.
Is smoking or vaping allowed on site?
No, smoking or vaping is prohibited on site.
Are there tickets available for caregivers?

Yes, if the disability ID includes the "B" designation, the accompanying person receives free entry, and they do not need an extra ticket. Please make sure, that you have the disability ID including the "B" designation with you, otherwise you will not be given right to entry.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for deaf and visually impaired people. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you look for other experiences in your city.
Are there seats available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
It's a circular route, but if you need a short break, you'll find some seating where you can rest.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
The venue has toilets — please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take and share photos. However, please be mindful of other guests while taking pictures. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found office on site?
We recommend that you ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on site; however, it is unattended, and all items are left at your own risk.
Is there an age restriction?
The audiovisual areas (VR, Metaverse, 360-degree showroom) are approved for children aged 12 and over. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 may participate under the “parental guidance” policy when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
Can you enter the location with a stroller?
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted, nor are babies in strollers.
Is there a disabled parking space?
There is no designated disabled parking space, but the parking spaces are all very spacious and it is an open parking lot with no pillars or narrow aisles.
