There are public parking spaces as well as some paid parking options. Please check the respective websites for parking regulations.
Will additional sessions/dates be available?
We cannot guarantee additional dates. For the latest availability, please check the confirmed dates and times on our website.
Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
Yes, the VR experience is free of charge. The Metaverse Experience is paid. These two experiences are accessible to everyone (including children and people who wear glasses). Please note, guests must follow the safety instructions provided by on-site staff.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience; casual attire is fine.
Is merchandise available for purchase on-site?
Yes! You can purchase merchandise at the on-site shop.
Which languages are available?
The experience is fully available in English and German
Is the VR experience also available in English?
The seated VR experience only has music. The metaverse (the free-roaming VR) is also available in English.
Does this event contain any strobe lights or similar?
Please note that strobe lights are used in the VR experience and are therefore not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Please note that all guests must follow the safety instructions of the staff on site.
TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on-site. However, tickets may sell out before you arrive, so we strongly recommend booking in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. Simply tap "Transfer Ticket" in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please contact us and provide your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you haven’t installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please make sure you log in with the same account used for your ticket purchase. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds available? What is the exchange policy?
Changes to your booking are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. One of our team members will respond as soon as possible with the next steps.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred visit date and group size.
ACCESSIBILITY
Do I need to arrive at the exact time on my ticket?
We recommend arriving within the time slot stated on your ticket. Entry is also allowed up to 5 minutes after your slot.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed in the exhibition unless they are trained service animals. The exhibition includes darkness, sound, and lighting effects, and children will likely be present—all of which may not be comfortable for dogs.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Is smoking or vaping allowed at the venue?
No, smoking or vaping is not permitted on-site.

Yes, if the disability ID includes the "B" designation, the accompanying person receives free entry, and they do not need an extra ticket. Please make sure, that you have the disability ID including the "B" designation with you, otherwise you will not be given right to entry.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired visitors?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been adapted for deaf or visually impaired guests. We strive to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend checking for other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights during the event?
No, strobe lights will not be used during this event.
Are there seating areas? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walking tour, but if you need a short break, you will find some seating areas where you can rest.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
Yes, the venue has restrooms—please ask the on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them! However, please ensure that you do not disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found at the venue?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your lost items.
Is there a coat check at the venue?
Unfortunately, there is no coat check available on-site.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome at this experience! However, please note that strollers/prams are not permitted.
Is there an audio guide available?
This event can be experienced with an audio guide available in German or English.
Can you enter the location with a stroller?
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted, nor are babies in strollers.
Is there a disabled parking space?
There is no designated disabled parking space, but the parking spaces are all very spacious and it is an open parking lot with no pillars or narrow aisles.
